A majority of Point South is owned by two companies. The first area, known as the “Frampton Tract” because of its proximity to the Frampton House, shown in red comprises 181 acres and is owned by an affiliate of Zinn Asset Management Corporation. The second parcel of 208 acres, shown in orange, is owned by Point South Partners, LLC and includes the original site design laid out by Charles Fraser in the 1960s.
